Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Sorose is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
